The Digital Integration Specialist supports projects and initiatives that improve or maintain the ABG brands’ use of new and existing technologies.
The ideal candidate would have prior experience working on integration projects within a headless environment. Candidates would work and learn shoulder-to-shoulder with the Director of Web Technology as well as the Director of Digital Content. The candidate would need to be autonomous, be attentive to details, enjoy working within a team and suggest new technologies to add to the stack as well as improvements to the department and the current way of doing things.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities associated with all data-driven technology efforts, including the support and coordination of internal and external requests, update and support the upkeep of digital data tools, reporting as necessary.
- Create and manage data for new and existing brands, making sure that they’re fully integrated into our existing infrastructure (PIM, DAM, CMS) as well as any new software added to the stack.
- Create and oversee the flow of data automations and workflows throughout the stack infrastructure, be in communication with all product data entities to ensure that fully automated flows are successful and can scale.
- Support the organization’s projects and play a key role in the integration and adaptation of the projects as well as new functionalities.
- Support the team in searching for new vendors and partners and make sure that they are a match for the organization, both as a solid fit with whom a true partnership can be built but also in terms of system compatibility.
- Support the Director of Web Technology as well as the Director of Digital Content the development, planning and management of strategies for digital tools.
- Support in troubleshooting any technological issues that arise within the digital stack.
- Support the digital team as needed associated with all digital marketing efforts.
- Keep a watchful eye on potential software upgrades or new technologies to keep the organization forever competitive.
