Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Jr. Graphic Designer to join our vibrant and innovative design team. The Jr. Graphic Designer will contribute to the success of the organization by designing compelling visual assets for both print and digital platforms that align with ABG’s brand identity and marketing objectives.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals using high-performance, up-to-date Mac equipment in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare print visuals, including layout creation, final file preparation, and production coordination.
• Develop digital visuals for emails, newsletters, social media, and website updates.
• Ensure all materials adhere to ABG’s established brand image, positioning, strategy, and creative direction.
• Perform photo touch-ups and visual enhancements as required.
• Collaborate with management, creative, and web integration teams to align creative work with business needs.
• Ensure all production and delivery deadlines are met.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and assist in developing innovative creative concepts.
• Maintain proper project archiving and file organization.

Qualifications

• College degree in Graphic Communications, Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong project management abilities — from initial design to final delivery.
• Solid understanding of both print and digital production workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
