About the Role

Arizona Shower Door is seeking an experienced Shower Door Installer to join our Denver, CO team. This position is responsible for measuring and installing custom-made shower doors, conducting service calls, premeasurements, and maintaining tools and parts. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of shower door installation experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Measure, install, and service shower doors (minimum 2 years of experience required).
• Discuss installation process with customers in a professional manner.
• Exhibit a high level of customer service at all times.
• Maintain a safety-conscious approach to installation and driving.
• Explain differences and benefits of Arizona Shower Door product lines.
• Install standard, frameless, and custom shower doors.
• Treat customers’ homes with care, leaving work areas clean.
• Work effectively with team members to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Provide follow-up reporting and documentation as required.
• Safely lift, move, and work with heavy glass materials.
• Accurately measure and estimate for installations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years’ shower door installation experience.
• Skilled in use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. with proper equipment on a regular basis.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Familiarity with local area and directions.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs effectively.
• Strong math skills (including working with fractions).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

• Frequent lifting, bending, and handling of heavy glass.
• Work performed in customer homes and job sites.
• Company vehicle provided for transporting products and equipment.
