What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are expertly prepared and shipped. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carefully pulling loose glass and metal KD wraps for orders, securing them in cardboard boxes for shipment.
- Using a pneumatic carton closer to safely and securely staple boxes.
- Lifting boxed products and staging them for shipping in designated areas.
- Operating hand trucks, pallet jacks, and rolling carts to move items within the warehouse.
- Assisting with general warehouse maintenance, such as sweeping floors, storing equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.
- Collaborating with coworkers to foster a supportive, team-oriented environment and pitching in as needed.
- Using a scanner to log materials received and distributed.
- Taking on additional duties as assigned to support our warehouse operations.
What We're Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable standing for 8–10 hours (or more).
- Ability to bend and lift glass panels weighing 25–100 lbs.
- Hands-on experience with basic tools like utility knives, pneumatic carton closers, pallet jacks, pliers, and tape measures.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime and on Saturdays as production needs arise.
Preferred:
- Forklift experience.
