We run two full time shifts that are 5:00am - 1:45pm and 1:45pm - 10:30pm on a two-week rotation.

Roles & Responsibilities
As a fiberglass laborer you will help meet daily production targets, Help maintain our high-quality product standards and work in a fast pace and physically demanding environment. Maintaining a consistent and stable attendance is key.
Compensation
Starting wage for laborer's is $21 per hour and up to $27 depending on experience and grinders start at $22 per hour.
