Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee industrial maintenance operations across two manufacturing locations in Lancaster and Ennis, TX. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, facility readiness, regulatory compliance, and safe maintenance practices that support production goals.

This Maintenance Manager role is a key leadership position, providing direction, standardization, and technical oversight for multi-site maintenance teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate all maintenance activities across two manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment of standards, practices, and performance goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Develop, implement, and standardize preventive and predictive maintenance programs; ensure schedules minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs using CMMS systems.
  • Oversee repair, installation, and servicing of machinery, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as building infrastructure.
  • Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical components while controlling costs.
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, enforcing lockout/tagout and safe-work procedures.
  • Manage annual maintenance budgets; track costs, identify savings opportunities, and manage vendor and contractor relationships.
  • Travel regularly between sites to provide leadership presence, share best practices, and standardize maintenance policies.
  • Serve as the primary maintenance point of contact for site leadership teams.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing maintenance operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment required.
  • Multi-site maintenance management experience strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Prolonged standing and walking throughout facilities.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs.
