Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by performing a variety of physical and manual tasks. Responsibilities include pulling and packaging products, moving materials with pallet jacks or hand trucks, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. This position requires reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Pull, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other non-powered material handling equipment.
  • Use scanners or basic warehouse systems to track materials received, stored, or distributed.
  • Secure packaged items using tape, shrink wrap, or carton staplers as required.
  • Assist with basic assembly or kitting of products when needed.
  • Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as sweeping and organizing supplies.
  • Follow all safety procedures and promptly report hazards or maintenance concerns.
  • Support coworkers by contributing to a positive team environment and assisting in other areas as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50–100 lbs consistently.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety and material handling practices.
  • Willingness to learn and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, production, or assembly is helpful but not required.
  • Familiarity with pallet jacks, hand trucks, or basic warehouse tools is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged standing and walking.
  • Regular bending, lifting, and handling of products up to 100 lbs.
  • Exposure to typical warehouse conditions including temperature variations, noise, and moving equipment.
  • Use of tools such as tape dispensers, staplers, utility knives, and measuring devices.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
