Job Summary

American Bath Group (ABG), a leader in North American bathware manufacturing, is searching for a 2D Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team and help execute creative assets across our multi-brand portfolio.

Under the supervision of the Creative Services Manager or 2D Design Lead, the 2D Graphic Designer will produce high-volume, retail-grade creative assets spanning A+ / Enhanced Content for e-commerce platforms, digital campaign graphics, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, packaging artwork, sell sheets, brochures, labels, and brand identity assets. The position includes close collaboration with our Marketing, Sales, Brand, Channel, and Product teams across brands including DreamLine, Vintage Tub & Bath, Bootz, American Standard, Accessible Home Store, and Laurel Mountain.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented designer comfortable managing a high-throughput creative queue across multiple brands and retail channels. They will need to demonstrate strong execution within established brand guidelines while meeting tight deadlines. The position involves regular communication with marketing managers, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong communication skills and organizational discipline are required.

What You’ll Work On:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • A+ / Enhanced Content creation for retail e-commerce platforms:
  • Design and iterate on A+ graphics and Enhanced Carousel feature images for Amazon, THD.com, Lowes.com, and DTC sites.
  • Create product feature call-out graphics, dimensional diagrams, lifestyle composites, and benefit iconography.
  • Execute multi-SKU rollouts across product families (bathtubs, shower bases, faucets, drains, accessories).
  • Maintain visual consistency across brands while adhering to brand identities.
  • Digital campaign graphic design across web, email, and social media channels:
  • Produce homepage banners (desktop and mobile), email graphics, and social media formats (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Create promotional graphics for seasonal campaigns, clearance events, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Resize, crop, and reformat imagery for platform-specific requirements.
  • Apply social media tags and attribution overlays to UGC and influencer content.
  • Point-of-purchase (POP) material design for major retail partners:
  • Design in-store POP signage for Home Depot, Lowe’s, Menards
  • Prepare print-ready files at specified dimensions for retail fixtures.
  • Packaging design and label creation:
  • Update and create product box artwork, front/back labels, and stickers for retail shelf presence.
  • Execute packaging revisions based on retailer feedback and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with product teams on model number callouts, compatibility graphics, and regulatory markings.
  • Additional creative deliverables as needed, including but not limited to:
  • One-pagers and sell sheets (8.5”x11” PDF) for pro sales teams and retail partners.
  • Multi-page branded training decks and product knowledge guides.
  • Logo refinement, icon design, and SVG asset creation for web and print.
  • Technical document updates (installation guides, specification sheets).
  • Batch image resizing, cropping, and format conversion to platform-specific specs.
  • Support the marketing team in maintaining brand integrity across product lines, marketing tools, and all internal and external visual communication as it pertains to assigned brands and channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers, project managers, and cross-functional teams (sales, product marketing, R&D) to deliver creative assets aligned with commercialization and campaign timelines.
  • Deliver final assets to the DAM (Cloudinary) and participate in review cycles via Filestage proofing workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of graphic design experience in retail, CPG, or e-commerce marketing; or 2 years minimum with a strong portfolio demonstrating product-focused design.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Demonstrated experience producing A+ / Enhanced Brand Content for Amazon, Home Depot, or similar retail platforms.
  • Knowledge of print production processes (packaging, POP signage, large-format printing).
  • Portfolio demonstrating ability to work across multiple brand identities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in image optimization for web (file size, format, resolution requirements).
  • Fluent in English.

Additional Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume project queues with competing deadlines.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects and brands.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Smartsheet experience preferred.
  • Experience with Cloudinary or similar DAM platforms for asset management preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Filestage or comparable proofing/approval tools preferred.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Bilingual design capability (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
