Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join our team at MAAX Spas Corp. This role is essential in ensuring the assembly of high-quality hot tubs, contributing directly to our mission of being the Quality Leader in Luxury Hot Water Products. Located in a dynamic manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hot tub components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to ensure precise assembly.
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist in the fabrication of parts as needed during the assembly process.
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

• You must be available for 10 hours per day on weekdays.
