We are currently seeking a Fabricator / Welder to join our team in Hamilton, AL.

Position Summary

This role is responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to support production operations. You will cut, shape, assemble, and join materials using a variety of welding and fabrication techniques while ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

This position is ideal for someone with hands-on fabrication and welding experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and work instructions
• Operate welding equipment and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Lift, move, and handle heavy materials as required
• Use forklifts to transport materials when needed
• Support production needs and assist team members as required

Required Qualifications

• Fabrication experience
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or similar)
• Ability to lift and work with heavy materials in a physical environment
• Forklift experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous welding or fabrication experience required
• Additional technical training or certifications are a plus

Schedule

• Typical hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Must be available for overtime, off-shifts, and weekends as needed

Work Environment

• Manufacturing / production setting
• Frequent standing, lifting, and handling of heavy materials
• Exposure to welding equipment, machinery, and shop conditions
