About the Role

American Bath Group is seeking a Machine Operator (AcrylX Press) to join our manufacturing team. This is an hourly, hands-on role responsible for operating press equipment, performing inspections, and supporting production efficiency.

This position is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate AcrylX press machinery to support production requirements
  • Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
  • Load and unload materials, including heavy lifting as required
  • Safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished goods
  • Monitor machine performance and report any issues or abnormalities
  • Enter basic production data using computer systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to perform physical work, including heavy lifting
  • Experience or willingness to learn forklift operation
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented mindset

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation
  • Experience with press equipment or similar machinery
  • Forklift certification

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Manufacturing/plant environment
  • Requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Schedule may vary based on production needs
