- When deliveries don’t fill a 40-hour schedule, Drivers will assist in various tasks on the production floor such as building or boxing product, sweeping floors, putting away inventory, etc. to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Most delivery runs are overnight. Must be able to be away from home for 1-3 days at a time.
- Assists with unloading deliveries - Unloads and loads merchandise at the customer locations utilizing lift-gates, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain daily trip and fuel logs; submit all logs to Supervisor as required
Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain DOT Medical card
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Experience not necessary but preferred (1+ year straight truck experience preferred)
- Must be able to provide current driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent driving record (will evaluate upon application)
- Able to lift 50-75lbs repetitively (dolly provided for heavier materials)
- Be Professional and Dependable
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Ability to use ELD – Electronic Logging Device
