Web Operations Associate Position Overview The Web Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the technical integrity, maintenance, and optimization of our headless JAMStack environment. This role is a hybrid of hands-on execution and vendor management : you will directly handle frontend updates and portal configurations while acting as the technical liaison for 3rd-party partners on larger builds. Working closely with the Marketing Director, this associate will oversee the flow of data between systems (Salsify, Ultra Commerce), manage customer portals, and coordinate code releases. Uniquely, this role offers access to advanced AI development tools, allowing the associate to audit external code, accelerate their own coding skills, and automate routine workflows.
