Mold Shop Supervisor Position Summary The Mold Shop Supervisor is a hands-on technical leader responsible for restoring control, urgency, and measurable progress in the mold shop. This position plans and directs new mold construction, mold repair, refurbishment, preventive maintenance, and mold improvement work so Production has safe, reliable, production-ready molds when needed. The supervisor owns daily priorities, workmanship, employee development, documentation, housekeeping, and completion of the established weekly mold schedule.
