About the Role

We are currently seeking General Labor team members for our Elizabethtown, PA facility. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in the production of our bathware products by supporting daily manufacturing activities, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe work environment. As a General Labor associate, you’ll work hands-on with machinery, equipment, and materials while collaborating with your team to meet production goals and exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Operate machinery and equipment to fabricate bathware products according to production specifications.
• Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Follow production schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet established deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize processes and resolve production issues.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge of the production process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production strongly preferred.
• Training in workplace safety or machine operation a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move through production areas for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, materials, and processes.
