About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at Bootz in Evansville, IN. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers by answering inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with executives, sales reps, accounting/credit, production, shipping, and purchasing to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and stock availability; communicate production needs accordingly.
  • Prepare proposals for distributors for steam bath units and towel warmers across residential, commercial, and hospitality markets.
  • Authorize and confirm pricing, lead times, delivery dates, and manage returns, restocking fees, and credits for domestic and international customers.
  • Prepare export documentation (proformas, invoices, letters of credit, airway/ocean bills, shipping instructions).
  • Communicate special shipping or manufacturing requirements to engineering and production teams.
  • Process and review orders from e-commerce accounts and EDI systems.
  • Support regional sales managers and manufacturer representatives with product and sales information.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and recommending solutions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints with professionalism and care.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams a plus.
  • Prior customer relations or customer service experience preferred.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or related experience; manufacturing experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable working in an office setting with frequent interaction with others.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
