Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across the facility.
• Troubleshoot issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals to identify root causes efficiently.
• Conduct welding repairs and perform residential painting as needed to maintain facility aesthetics and safety standards.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate accurate repairs or modifications.
• Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
• Lead or support manufacturing maintenance tasks that enhance production efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal department needs promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
• Skilled in welding techniques with the ability to perform repairs safely and accurately.
• Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus for facility upkeep projects.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals fluently in English for clear communication and understanding.
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
