As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll be in the middle of it all—collaborating with Sales Directors, onboarding new customers, solving real challenges, and helping guide orders from first contact to final shipment. You’ll wear a lot of hats, and that’s the point—we’re looking for people ready to grow.

What You’ll Do Every Day
- Help new customers hit the ground running
- Jump in with Sales Directors to handle requests and resolve issues
- Manage order entry and clerical tasks with precision
- Own the customer experience from the inside out
- Connect daily with people who truly rely on what we do

Work Environment & Location
We’re a tight-knit, high-energy team. We show up for each other and for our customers. This role is on-site, with locations in:
- Centralia, IL
Some travel may be required during onboarding—with future opportunities as you grow in the role.
