Position Summary
MrSteam is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to support ongoing marketing initiatives while contributing to the development of new programs aligned with company objectives.
This role requires a well-rounded marketing professional with experience across communications, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently meets deadlines with precision.
Key Objectives
- Support the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy and marketing materials
- Ensure marketing efforts align with both short- and long-term business goals
- Analyze and improve processes, content, and lead generation initiatives
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on digital campaigns and content
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales Director to support marketing strategy through forecasting, goal setting, and campaign planning
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to internal teams
- Coordinate marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, email marketing, blogs, SEO, and CRM activities
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and conferences, including logistics and communications
- Maintain and manage inventory of sales and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Identify new sources of prospective customer data and provide actionable recommendations
- Conduct market research and analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Prepare reports summarizing campaign performance and marketing insights
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels
- Experience with HubSpot and working with HubSpot-certified agencies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- Experience with CMS and CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email marketing tools, and basic design software
- Strong copywriting and presentation (PowerPoint) skills
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
