The Opportunity
American Bath Group is seeking a Quotes Coordinator to support multiple brands by processing customer quotes, navigating ERP systems, and helping ensure customers receive accurate and timely pricing information.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work, learns systems quickly, and thrives in a collaborative office environment. The position offers the opportunity to grow into additional brands and responsibilities over time while building expertise across multiple operational systems.
What You’ll Do
- Process customer quotes accurately and efficiently
- Support multiple ABG brands and product lines
- Navigate ERP systems and internal operational tools daily
- Perform pricing lookups and manual calculations
- Communicate with internal sales representatives, directors, customers, and team members
- Learn and support additional brands and workflows over time
- Maintain organization and accuracy while handling a high-volume workload
- Review plans and specifications when applicable
- Help support a collaborative and team-oriented office environment
Work Environment
- Onsite role based in Palmetto, GA

What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- Prior customer quoting experience is required
- Experience processing quotes, pricing requests, order support, or similar transactional workflows in ERP-driven environments
Required Qualifications
- Prior ERP system experience required, including exposure to systems such as SAP, CMS, Friedman, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
- Strong computer literacy and comfort learning new systems
- Comfort performing manual calculations and working with numbers accurately
Preferred Backgrounds
- Construction, plumbing, wholesale, or operational support experience
- Inside sales coordination or order-processing experience
- Experience reading plans or specifications
- High-volume administrative or customer support experience
