The Opportunity

American Bath Group is seeking an Operator Development Analyst to support company-wide operator performance evaluations across our fiberglass / FRP manufacturing operations.

In this role, you’ll review operator performance videos, apply an established scoring process, document results accurately, and help support consistency in training and production quality across multiple facilities.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working independently, and interested in long-term growth within manufacturing operations and training support.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and score operator performance videos using an established evaluation system
  • Accurately document findings and maintain reporting records
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and SharePoint to manage workflows and communication
  • Collaborate with corporate training resources and operational leadership
  • Support consistency in operator evaluations across manufacturing locations
  • Observe production-floor operations as needed to better understand scoring criteria and manufacturing processes
  • Maintain organization and accuracy while handling repetitive analytical work

What Success Looks Like

In the first 6–12 months, successful candidates will:

  • Consistently complete assigned video review volume
  • Maintain strong scoring accuracy and documentation quality
  • Demonstrate reliability, attendance, and process discipline
  • Learn the scoring system and operational processes thoroughly
  • Build confidence working independently while maintaining communication with training leadership
  • Progress toward independently managing portions of the workflow

Work Environment

  • Onsite role located within an ABG manufacturing facility
  • Primarily office-based work using a laptop and reporting systems
  • Occasional time spent observing plant-floor operations
  • Repetitive, detail-focused work requiring concentration and consistency
  • Independent work environment with regular communication through Teams and email
  • Full-time schedule; hours may vary based on plant operations

Required Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable attendance and dependable work habits
  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or plant environment experience
  • Experience working in fiberglass / FRP operations
  • Internal ABG experience preferred
  • Comfortable learning technical manufacturing processes

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
