We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join our Plymouth, Indiana manufacturing facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products meet company quality standards by inspecting incoming materials, monitoring production processes, and verifying finished products before shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards
• Conduct visual inspections and measurement testing throughout the manufacturing process
• Identify and document quality issues and communicate required adjustments to production personnel
• Inspect finished products and determine acceptance, rework requirements, or rejection
• Complete inspection reports, quality logs, and data entry into quality tracking systems
• Monitor and maintain measurement and testing equipment
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and records to support quality compliance

Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to use measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and follow specifications, work instructions, and quality standards
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform inspections throughout the shift
