Position Overview
The General Plant Labor position supports the production process in our Molding Department. Team members assist with preparing molds, handling materials, and moving finished products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
This position works directly with heated molds and manufacturing equipment. The molds used in this process become very hot during production, and the work environment can be warm due to the manufacturing process. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hot environment and following all safety procedures associated with heated equipment.
Shift Availability
We are currently hiring for multiple schedules:
- Day Shift
- Night Shift
- Weekend Day Shift
Schedules may vary depending on production needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with mold preparation and production setup
- Load and unload molds and production materials
- Work around heated molds and equipment safely
- Inspect products for quality and defects
- Perform trimming, cleaning, and finishing tasks as required
- Move materials and finished products throughout the department
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work safely around heated molds and equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
