Warehouse Associate
Location: Vintage Tub and Bath Fulfillment Center, Wilkes-Barre, PA

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
About the Role
This position is responsible for performing general warehouse duties, including receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping tubs, vanities, and related bathroom products. The Warehouse Associate will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while supporting daily fulfillment operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare tubs, vanities, and related products for customer orders.
- Secure products properly for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Use hand tools and warehouse equipment to assist with packaging, assembly, and shipment preparation.
- Move completed orders from packing or staging areas to the appropriate shipping locations.
- Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, rolling carts, and other warehouse equipment to move products safely throughout the facility.
- Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks.
- Utilize scanners and inventory systems to record materials received, moved, and distributed.
- Look up inventory, adjust bin locations, update inventory records, process shipments through shipping software, and send emails related to claims, discrepancies, or other issues.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, storing equipment, organizing work areas, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Promote a cooperative work environment by interacting respectfully with coworkers and assisting in other areas as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or freight experience preferred.
- Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
- Ability to use basic warehouse tools and equipment, including utility knife, pallet jack, tape measure, air compressor, hot glue gun, pneumatic carton closer, pliers, and other basic tools.
- Previous computer experience preferred, including experience with ERP, inventory, or shipping systems.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours or more per shift.
- Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and move heavy products up to 100 pounds.
- Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays depending on production needs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- Collaborative team member with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
