About the Role

Are you known for your attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with information systems? Join MAAX Bath Inc. as an SAP Data Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our operational data.

Reporting to the SAP Data Coordinator Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining data within SAP's MM and VC modules, while also contributing to Web content management. You will serve as a go-to resource for multiple internal teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily requests from internal clients through a ticket-based system (creation, modification, follow-up)
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, product managers, supply chain, planners, customer service, and technical teams
  • Actively participate in new product launches: create VC configurations for quote and customer order entry, build Bills of Materials (BOM), and coordinate cross-departmental readiness prior to launch
  • Maintain SAP MM and VC modules (part number creation for new components, finished goods, marketing products, and other items)
  • Contribute to the update and continuous improvement of the company website (corrections, modifications, enhancements)
  • Manage the display of technical drawings on the production floor by workstation and provide direct support to production employees

Qualifications

Education

  • College diploma (DEC) or pre-university degree, ideally in IT, business administration, or a related field

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Skills & Requirements

  • Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written) — English is required to support users in the United States
  • Experience with an information system (ERP); knowledge of SAP is a strong asset
  • Knowledge of Salsify and Smartsheet is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and rigor
  • Autonomous, team-oriented, and reliable
  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset for internal stakeholders
