Spa Detailer

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Manually pushes spa on rollers to work station, stands spa on side by activating a hydraulic lift; involves working in factory environment which includes saw dust, heat, noise and fiberglass.
• Requires normal attention with periods of high concentration intermittently to clean spa surface using liquid cleanser and cloths; requires bending/stooping/crouching and climbing in and out of spas.
• Visually checks acrylic surface and buffs small acrylic scratches with wet/dry sandpaper.
• Restocks shelves for next days production involves lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Cleans and sweeps area (5’S).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires basic knowledge as acquired through some high school or basic work experience.
• Requires normal attention with periods of high concentration intermittently to clean and detail spas.
• Requires walking/standing and lifting up to 20 lbs. Involves bending/stooping/crouching and ability to climb in and out of spas.
• Requires capability of performing essential functions of job in factory environment which includes saw dust, heat, noise and fiberglass.
• Requires use of arms and hands to clean and detail spas and skimmer lids, requires use of arms, hands and legs to climb in and out of spas.
• Requires ability to visually determine cleaning and detailing of spas, safe use of hydraulic lift and movement of spas and to review and repair acrylic surface for effective job performance.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
