Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for driving an a company truck making deliveries of our products and materials to various customers around the local market as well as possibly one overnight per week.
- Drivers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service during the delivery process.
- Most delivery runs local and home daily.
- Distribution – Within 300 miles of our MFG plant in Etown PA.
- Assists with unloading deliveries - Unloads and loads merchandise at the customer locations utilizing a two-wheel dolly. (Hand cart)
- Maintain daily trip and fuel logs; submit all logs to Supervisor as required
- Competitive mileage and hourly pay.
- Paid Instruction at your hire rate
- DOT Safety Inspection incentives:
- Quarterly Safety Bonus ($0.01 miles for each safe mile driven)
- Bonus per clean DOT inspection
- Incentive Pay, Backhauls, etc.
- Referral bonus (paid monthly for 6 months)
- Per Diems – company paid and not taxed.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL license
- 1-year minimum CDL A Truck Driving experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to provide current driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent driving record (will evaluate upon application)
- Be Professional and Dependable!
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Ability to use ELD – Electronic Logging Device
- Love working in friendly atmosphere.
