DreamLine is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support product movement and order fulfillment at its Houston location. This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable with physical warehouse work, follows instructions carefully, and takes ownership of accuracy, product condition, safety, and workplace organization.

You will work with order information, handheld scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, packaging materials, and basic warehouse tools to pull, pack, move, and stage products. Previous warehouse, production, or assembly experience is helpful, but the confirmed role information does not require prior experience.

What You Will Do

• Pull assigned products or materials using warehouse documentation, scanner instructions, order information, or supervisor direction.
• Verify the correct product, quantity, and identifying information before orders move forward.
• Pack products securely and appropriately for shipment or internal movement.
• Stage completed orders in designated locations for shipment or subsequent processing.
• Move products and materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other approved basic material-handling equipment.
• Use handheld scanners or applicable warehouse systems to document product movement accurately.
• Report missing, damaged, unidentified, or incorrectly located product to warehouse leadership.
• Use tape, shrink wrap, carton staplers, utility knives, measuring devices, and other basic warehouse tools as required.
• Perform basic assembly or kitting when assigned.
• Organize supplies and materials; sweep work areas; remove packaging debris; and keep aisles, staging areas, workstations, and pedestrian paths clear.
• Assist coworkers and other warehouse functions when operational priorities require support.

• Ability and willingness to learn and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize basic product, order, quantity, or location discrepancies.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and maintain an organized workspace.

Preferred Background

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse, production, or assembly experience.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks, hand trucks, handheld scanners, or basic warehouse tools.

Physical and Work Environment

• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, and handling of materials and products.
• Repetitive use of the hands and arms while pulling, packaging, scanning, wrapping, and moving product.
• Work in an active warehouse environment that may include temperature variation, noise, warehouse equipment movement, frequent pedestrian traffic, and material-handling activity.

Schedule and Work Location

Work Location: 5728 North Eldridge Parkway, Houston, TX 77041. This is an onsite warehouse position.

Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM/ Monday- Friday

Classification: Non-Exempt.
