Position Summary

The Production Laborer supports daily manufacturing operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks on the production floor. This role is essential to keeping our operations running efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general production and labor tasks in assigned department
• Assist with manufacturing, finishing, packaging, and assembly operations
• Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials and finished products
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely (training provided)
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards at all times
• Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to gloves, safety glasses, respirators, and protective clothing, especially when working with resins, fiberglass, and related materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production and operational needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and meet production expectations
• Willingness to learn new tasks and rotate between departments as needed
• Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and use of hands and arms
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, odors, resins, fiberglass materials, and temperature variations
• Must be able to safely wear required PPE for extended periods

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour, based on experience
