Help turn molded fiberglass into finished bathware. Learn safe product handling, protect quality, and build a career with a team that develops people from within.

Clarion Bathware is hiring Demold / Parts Puller Operators for our fiberglass manufacturing operation in Marble, Pennsylvania. You will help safely remove cured bath and shower units from production molds, protect the product and mold during removal, and move each unit to the next step. Your work helps prevent product damage and keeps production moving.

What You Get

· Base pay starting at $15.00 per hour.

· Opportunity for performance-based pay reviews and advancement as you demonstrate safe work, skill and consistency; increases are not automatic.

· Production incentive opportunity tied to plant output and quality, subject to plan eligibility and actual results; payouts vary.

· Eligible new hires may qualify for a $600 sign-on incentive, paid as $100 per week during weeks 2-7, subject to program eligibility and terms.

· Full-time employment with coaching, hands-on training and cross-training opportunities.

· Medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, vacation and attendance-based personal-time opportunities, each subject to plan eligibility and terms.

What You Will Do

Release molded products safely. Follow approved work methods and supervisor direction to remove cured tubs and showers from production molds without damaging the product or equipment.

Protect product quality. Watch for visible cracks, chips, scratches, surface defects or mold concerns; report anything that needs inspection or correction to your lead, supervisor or Quality team.

Move and stage bathware carefully. Handle and position large or awkward units using approved carts, fixtures, team assistance or handling equipment where provided, then stage units correctly for trim or the next production step.

Follow standard work and safety practices. Coordinate with neighboring operators, protect molds and work surfaces, maintain orderly work areas and use the required personal protective equipment.

What We Are Looking For

· Dependable attendance, readiness for full-time production work and a willingness to learn.

· Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety, handling, quality and work instructions.

· Comfort with hands-on physical work, handling bulky products carefully and working with a team in a production setting.

· Manufacturing, material handling, warehouse, construction, plastics or other hands-on experience is helpful, but not required for all trainable candidates.

Realistic Job Preview

This is physical, hands-on manufacturing work. Expect extended periods of standing and walking; frequent bending, reaching, turning, pushing and pulling; and handling large or awkward bathware products. The plant may be hot and includes noise, fiberglass materials, resin-related odors, production equipment and required PPE. Product movement may require approved team or mechanical assistance. The hiring team will explain the role-specific lifting and respiratory-protection requirements during screening. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable law.

Benefits, Stability and Career Development

Medical, dental and vision coverage is generally available on the first of the month after 30 days; 401(k) eligibility begins after 60 days; and 40 hours of vacation are available after six months. Up to 32 hours of attendance-based personal time may also be available. All provisions are subject to the applicable plans and eligibility requirements.

There is a real path to build skills here. Clarion leaders describe a culture of hands-on mentorship, teamwork, internal cross-training and promotion. Many supervisors and skilled operators developed into their current roles from production positions.

Schedule and Work Location

This is a full-time, onsite position at Clarion Bathware's Marble production campus in western Pennsylvania.
