FINAL FINISH - BATHWARE SURFACE REPAIR

Job Description

Clarion Bathware | American Bath Group | Marble, Pennsylvania | Full-Time | Hourly | Onsite

STARTING BASE PAY: $15.00/HOUR PLUS PRODUCTION BONUS | TRAINING + PERFORMANCE-BASED GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

See the detail. Restore the finish. Help deliver tubs and showers that meet Clarion's quality standards - while building a skilled manufacturing career.

Clarion Bathware is hiring Final Finishers for our manufacturing operation in Marble, Pennsylvania. You will inspect finished bath and shower surfaces, identify blemishes, perform approved cosmetic repairs, and help determine whether each unit is ready to advance or needs additional work. This is detailed, hands-on manufacturing - not simply buffing and cleaning.

What You Get

· Base pay starting at $15.00 per hour.

· Opportunity for performance-based pay reviews and advancement as you demonstrate safe work, skill and consistency; increases are not automatic.

· Production incentive opportunity tied to plant output and quality, subject to plan eligibility and actual results; payouts vary.

· Eligible new hires may qualify for a $600 sign-on incentive, paid as $100 per week during weeks 2-7, subject to program eligibility and terms.

· Full-time employment with hands-on coaching, skill development and internal cross-training opportunities.

· Medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, vacation and attendance-based personal-time opportunities, each subject to plan eligibility and terms.

What You Will Do

Inspect and identify defects. Look closely for scratches, blemishes, uneven finish, marks, chips and other visible surface concerns. Mark or document the affected areas using approved inspection methods.

Prepare and sand repair areas. Use approved sanding and surface-preparation tools to work the affected area, protect nearby surfaces and prepare the product for a consistent cosmetic repair.

Repair, blend and recheck the finish. Perform approved localized coating or touch-up work, then buff, polish or blend surfaces as trained. Reinspect repairs for appearance, consistency and the applicable standard.

Grade and route product appropriately. Help apply Clarion's established product grades (such as A-grade/B-grade where applicable), communicate defects, and hold or send products back for additional work when they cannot meet the required standard. Follow supervisor and Quality direction for final disposition.

What We Are Looking For

· Dependable attendance, readiness for full-time production work and a willingness to learn a precision-focused skill.

· Strong visual attention to detail, patience and the ability to recognize small surface blemishes and follow quality standards.

· Comfort with careful, repetitive hand work, sanding/preparation tools, coaching and working with supervisors and Quality personnel.

· Experience in automotive refinishing, body work, industrial painting, surface repair, manufacturing, composites or hands-on quality inspection is helpful, but is not required for every trainable candidate.

Realistic Job Preview

This is detailed, physical production work. Expect extended periods of standing and walking; close visual inspection of bath and shower surfaces; repeated reaching, bending, gripping and careful hand/arm movement. The role can involve sanding dust, repair/coating materials, spray-application equipment, odors, noise, heat and assigned PPE. Respiratory protection may be required for some repair tasks under the site safety program. Training and protective equipment are provided as required. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable law.

Benefits, Stability and Career Development

Medical, dental and vision coverage is generally available on the first of the month after 30 days; 401(k) eligibility begins after 60 days; and 40 hours of vacation are available after six months. Up to 32 hours of attendance-based personal time may also be available. 10 Paid Holidays per year. All provisions are subject to the applicable plans and eligibility requirements.

Clarion leaders describe a culture of hands-on mentorship, teamwork and promotion from within. Many supervisors and skilled operators started in other production positions. Final Finish offers an opportunity to build stronger visual-quality judgment, repair skills and broader manufacturing capability over time.

Schedule and Work Location

This is a full-time, onsite position at Clarion Bathware's Marble production campus in western Pennsylvania.
