Position Summary AKER by MAAX is seeking a Team Lead to support daily production operations in our fiberglass backing and lamination department. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating production activities, maintaining safety and quality standards, coaching team members, and ensuring production goals are achieved. The ideal candidate leads by example, works alongside the production team, and promotes a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Shift Planning, Staffing, and Start-Up Review the shift production plan, model mix, staffing, material readiness, equipment status, and quality alerts with the supervisor. Assign and balance trained employees among rolling, material preparation, reinforcement placement, handling, inspection, and other Back Line stations.
