Continuous Improvement Engineer

Job Description

Continuous Improvement & Manufacturing Optimization Engineer

Evansville, IN | Bootz; an American Bath Group company (ABG)

Build Processes. Eliminate Waste. Drive Measurable Impact.

Bootz is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with a strong Continuous Improvement mindset to help optimize manufacturing performance across our steel tub, shower base, and porcelain enamel operations.

You will work directly with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering leadership to implement Lean manufacturing initiatives, improve equipment reliability, support automation and robotics, and lead process optimization projects that directly impact plant performance.

If you enjoy solving manufacturing problems in fast-paced environments and want visible ownership over operational improvements, this role offers substantial opportunity for growth and impact.
