The Opportunity

American Bath Group is seeking a Quotes Coordinator to support multiple brands by processing customer quotes, navigating ERP systems, and helping ensure customers receive accurate and timely pricing information.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work, learns systems quickly, and thrives in a collaborative office environment. The position offers the opportunity to grow into additional brands and responsibilities over time while building expertise across multiple operational systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Process customer quotes accurately and efficiently
  • Support multiple ABG brands and product lines
  • Navigate ERP systems and internal operational tools daily
  • Perform pricing lookups and manual calculations
  • Communicate with internal sales representatives, directors, customers, and team members
  • Learn and support additional brands and workflows over time
  • Maintain organization and accuracy while handling a high-volume workload
  • Review plans and specifications when applicable
  • Help support a collaborative and team-oriented office environment

  • Manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, construction, or building products environments
  • High-volume data entry or transactional processing roles

Required Qualifications

  • Experience using ERP, CRM, order management, quoting, or business systems
  • Experience with platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Epicor, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Friedman, CMS, or similar systems is highly valued
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Comfort working with numbers, pricing calculations, and data entry

Preferred Backgrounds

  • Previous quoting, pricing, estimating, or order processing experience
  • Construction, plumbing, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or building products industries
  • Inside sales coordination or customer support experience
  • Experience reviewing plans, specifications, or technical documentation
  • High-volume administrative support experience
